目前國內無紙面(mian)石膏板生產(chan)線的自動(dong)化程度還未(wei)實(shi)現(xian),現(xian)處于手動(dong)和(he)(he)半(ban)自動(dong)水平(ping),受自動(dong)化水平(ping)的限制(zhi),國內的無紙面(mian)石膏板的質(zhi)量(liang)和(he)(he)產(chan)量(liang)均不能(neng)滿足市場(chang)(chang)(chang)的需(xu)求;為(wei)了解決以上存在(zai)的問題,本設備(bei)提(ti)供了一套自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統;其(qi)所采(cai)(cai)用的方案(an)是:該自控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統包括中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成型工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘(hong)干工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)(ge)(ge)個(ge)工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間(jian)通(tong)(tong)過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網絡(luo)系(xi)(xi)統環網連接,構成控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)網絡(luo)層;各(ge)(ge)(ge)工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)(tong)過(guo) CC-LINK 網與智能(neng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設備(bei)、變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)連接,構成現(xian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)網絡(luo)層;生產(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)采(cai)(cai)用分布(bu)式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統, CPU 模(mo)塊(kuai)選用西門子 S7-300,現(xian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)I/O 模(mo)塊(kuai)采(cai)(cai)用西門子 ET-200S,人機界面(mian) HMI 為(wei)西門子 WinCC。各(ge)(ge)(ge)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中心 SCADA 通(tong)(tong)過(guo)冗(rong)余工業以太網相連,從而實(shi)現(xian)生產(chan)過(guo)程的集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)(he)實(shi)時數據統一管理(li)。設備(bei)級(變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)、分布(bu)式 I/O 等)采(cai)(cai)用現(xian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)總線通(tong)(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設備(bei)主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操作(zuo)員(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)各(ge)(ge)(ge)類檢測元件。
